Edit My Template

Five inspector tabs: Screenshot, Texts, Assets, Magnifier and Background.

Screenshot

The Screenshot tab on the right manages the slots on the canvas. One language maps to a set of pages, each page being one store screenshot; switch pages at the top — what you see is exactly what gets exported.

  • Device class: switch iPhone / iPad / Mac / Duo (Folded) / Duo (Unfolded) per orientation; each class has its own slot and primary size.
  • Replace image: use Choose Image from File, Apply Current Image from Screenshot List or Apply All Images from Screenshot List; you can also clear the current screenshot.
  • Move: drag the screenshot directly; hold Shift to constrain to horizontal or vertical.
  • Scale and size: drag a corner to scale proportionally, or adjust Screenshot Size as a diagonal length.
  • Rotate: drag the rotation handle or enter an angle, range -90° to 90°.
  • Position and frame: adjust X / Y and center in one click, with cross-background support; the frame can be Flat or 3D (3D adds left/right turn and tilt, and a fold angle for Duo unfolded).
  • Device frame and colour: toggle the device frame and pick a frame colour (not shown on Mac).
  • Align and undo: with multiple items selected, center horizontally or vertically and distribute evenly; guides snap while moving. Undo with ⌘Z, redo with ⌘⇧Z.

Export writes the device’s primary size and flattens to a PNG without an alpha channel, meeting App Store upload requirements.

Texts

The Texts tab manages the text layers on the canvas. Style — size, colour, alignment, position — is shared across languages; only the text itself is saved per language.

  • Add / remove: click Add Text to create a layer and delete the ones you do not need.
  • Content: multi-line input, saved per language.
  • Font size: slider from 12 to 120.
  • Text colour: pick with the colour picker.
  • Alignment: left, centre or right.
  • Position: adjust X / Y with one-click centering.
  • Apply to All Pages copies the current text to every page; for translating, see “Translation Modes”.

Assets

The Assets tab in the inspector adds decorative elements: use the built-in system assets or upload your own PNG or SVG.

  • Add: click Add Asset and choose System Assets or Upload PNG Image in the sheet.
  • Upload: pick a PNG or SVG; uploaded assets are available only in the current template.
  • X / Y position: up to half the canvas width or height, with one-click centering.
  • Size: from 0 to the canvas width, scaled proportionally.
  • Rotation: from -180° to 180°.

Magnifier

The magnifier highlights part of a screenshot; once enabled you can drag it on the canvas to reposition.

  • Enable magnifier: the switch controls whether the current page shows one.
  • Shape: square, circle or ellipse.
  • Zoom: 1.0–10.0 in steps of 0.1, default 1.5.
  • Region width: 0 to 80% of the canvas width; ellipse also has a region height, 0 to 80% of the canvas height.
  • Region: drag on the screenshot to select the part to magnify — drag inside to move it, drag a corner to resize, and the selection’s real pixel size is shown live.
  • Elevation: 0–300 px — in 3D it is the real distance off the canvas, in flat mode it reads as a drop shadow.
  • Border width: 1–30 px — it sets the frame thickness, so the side wall shows once you turn or tilt it.
  • Corner radius: 0–120 px, for the rectangle shape only (circle and ellipse are already curved).
  • Border colour: follows the device frame by default, or pick one of the official finishes.
  • At most one magnifier per page.

Background

The Background tab sets the base colours and decoration for the whole template; each of the seven layouts has its own colour fields.

  • Layouts: Solid, Gradient Wave, Gradient Glass, Solid Dots, Dual Glow, Tri-Color Gradient, Layered Waves.
  • Colour: fields match the layout, such as base colour, start/end colours, wave colour and dot colour.
  • Layered Waves: set 1–5 bands; each band adjusts height ratio, volatility (0–1), peaks, random jitter (0–1, default 0.3), and you can reroll the shape and palettes.
  • Dots: six shapes — circle, star, heart, petal, snowflake and sparkle — with a size multiplier (default 1.0).
  • The device frame and its colour are set here too.
