Create Screenshots
Create a screenshot list and build a library by platform and language.
Create a screenshot list
Screenshot is the library for your source images: collect screenshots from the Simulator or a device into a list, then drop them into template slots.
- Click the + in the left column to create a list and give it a recognisable name.
- Right-click a list to rename or delete it.
Choose platform and language
The first row of tabs on the right is the platform, the second is the language within it; each platform × language is one batch.
- Platform: switch between iPhone, iPad, Mac, Duo and so on.
- Language: click the + next to the language tabs to add one for this platform.
- The number on a language tab is how many screenshots that batch holds.
The screenshot grid
Once a language tab is selected, its screenshots appear as a grid, in the order shown on the store.
- Import: click Import to select several images at once.
- Order: drag a thumbnail to move it, or use the move-earlier and move-later buttons on the thumbnail.
- Remove: delete screenshots you no longer need.
Default language
Each list has a default language (English (U.S.) by default). It is the fallback for other languages and the baseline templates draw from.
- The default language tab shows a globe icon and cannot be deleted.
- Right-click another language tab and choose Set as Default Language to switch it — this only changes the marker, not your screenshots.
